So i'veb een starting/closing the patcher for like 2 hours now... it usually gets stuck on ''downloading .... manifest'' most of the time, some times itll update some ****, but not really... It seems to be redownloading the same **** over and over too... Am i doing something wrong? I was using admin mode but after reading that i shouldnt i stopped and it helped for a good 2 seconds lol....
