Clean up balance proposal section

I was wondering if there was plans to go through the balance proposals and move the ones that are not going to happen to rejected, not saying the ones that remain are acceptable, but at least not rejected. (Yes lots of boring admin I understand)
Just now there are four pages and it is unclear what needs more work , just silly ... in the devs eyes.
By rejecting the ones you see as obvious , poorly formatted etc we can get an idea what needs to be worked on from our side.

It seems the last balance changes and proposals were made by natherul and wargrimnir, maybe they handle it now.

That is true, however warhrim did mention that they look to see if there is any diamond buried in the coal.
Was just thinking that if they sift through it would be nice that they can dump some of the obvious no not happening suggestions.
