Making this Game Newbie Friendly

Since this event has stirred the topic, maybe we can make suggestions.
So, what do you think would make this game better for newbie players?

I think making leveling from 31-40 easier would help. Because nowadays without 48 bolster past 31, being 32-40 is just being a super weak lvl 40 with only 3 tactics and maybe 1 mastery tree. My suggestion is 2x exp at rank 31-40. Or, give people a potion than makes them insta-40 once they hit renown rank 40.

Another suggestion I have is to combine currencies. It can be overwhelming as a new player seeing all these similarly named currencies for similarly named items.
