From my (and many others) point of view, the meta game, if we are thinking about RvR WARBANDS play, there is just too much pulling, which is only one-sided fun (for those who can pull, obviously).
Choppa instant pulls have hard negative effects to the "fair" WB against WB fights.
Why?
- too many choppas (we can't change that)
- instant cast
- no real defence against that
- it is hard crowd control ability at the very start, which often change results of the engagements
There are some real moments too, where people die before the pull ends (in the air)

Solution: Apply some adjustments to that ability, like shorter range or 1 sec cast or add some defence against it.
