Could not download file from server. (WAR-64.exe)

I've just downloaded the game and ran the launcher and I keep getting this error. Any suggestions?

GAME CLIENT SETUP

After the torrent has finished downloading, be sure to stop the torrent and move the downloaded files OUT of your download location. Copy the entire folder if you wish to support the torrent and leave it running.

After you have moved the folder, right click the WAR folder, open Properties, and uncheck Read-Only. Apply to all files.
Some users may need to follow this process if they do not have full access. Document folders marked read only

I didn't download the torrent I used the other option to download the full game. There was no exe files in the folder I've just downloaded them from another thread I've found with someone else having the same issue and it's still not working, none of the files have Read-Only checked as well

Yeah saw that post, nothing really helpful there just a dev saying it should be working now
