No Item hover

I just installed the game, and everything seems to be working fine EXCEPT when I complete a quest, and I mouse over the rewards for items I have to choose, there's no mouseover to tell me what they are, so I have no idea what I'm choosing other than basing it off of how cool the icon looks.

Any ideas?
