ram spawning condition

leading the campaign is hard enough.
inter-realm disorder adds difficulty.
solo ram is one of them.
you can't tell it's from mistake, stupidity or intention( good or bad )
whole realm suffer from 1 player.
at least make him bad leader to take responsibility.

I suggest that ram can only be spawned by leader of wb/grp which have 6+ ppl in it.

ram should be property of realm.
not a toy for solo player.

I agree with this, we had a troll last night purposely keeping us for accessing the ram.
