My ingame character

I have returned to this game after about 1 or 2 years, and i come to notice that my character is gone.
Does anyone know where could be the problem?

As far as I know there were no character purges is the last 2 years. What's you char name? Have you tried searching for it on the armory? Maybe he's on a different account.

I found him. Character name is Dwaemarid, he is for Empire and his role is Witch Hunter.
How come i don't have him in main menu then, and what it means that he is in armory?

Why not create another toon as this is only lv 27 ?

Honestly outside of 40+ High geared and RR character (like 70+ rr), you can make another toon, so easy to level anyway.

Still if you wanna keep your old name, if you cant regain your char ask a GM that may delete him to free used name.
