23/03/19 patch

Ive not been able to open the game and sign in since this patch, do I have to download it again? or is there any additional software that I need to download before I can run the game?

Generally after a patch, and occasionally server restarts without a patch, you will need to restart the launcher. If there's client files changed, it will download them.
