[Magus] Close Quarters Tactic

Hey, I was goofing around on my Magus trying out valid tactic setups for rifting. I tried out Close Quarters in combination with various PBAOE/self abilities such as Rift, Agonizing Torrent and the Summons. While the tooltips of these abilities record the fact that their casting time is reduced by 50% (as per the tactic) and the castbar also shows a halfed castime, all abilities don't actually fire off after the cast time. In fact, there is a noticeable delay after the castbar finishes in which you can't move without the cast being interupted and then the ability fires off with practically the regular cast time (as if without tactic). So while some parts of the game seem to recognize the reduced cast times, the actual effect does not seem to work correctly.
I think this is a case for the bugtracker but I guess further testing is needed. For me it was just a late night goofing around but maybe some fellow Magi want to help me test this out more in the next days.

Need to be close to your target for it to work. I use it in pve so it is working, just that when not in range the castbar is a bit buggy like you said.

I think he means the delay after the cast-timer is finished Pano. I have it mostly on rifts and think it's cause of server-delay.

It's worse some days, better other days and I haven't had interest put much thought into it but sure is frustrating when you get 0.5-2seconds extra cast time. But whatevs. :>

Just spam it and stand still.

Cc works fine imo, I just think it's server delay or something else.

This is what I mean. I thought it might be a bug since I don't have these kinds of issues with other short casttime abilities.

I would guess for server delay cause what I experienced it gets worse the more ppl you have around you. Very annoying ofc but not sure it can be solved.

I didnt experience this before the Rift was mirrored to engi. It used to be instacast after channeling now its delay on the pull. Sharing old rubish video before it got changed. You pulled ppl when cast was finished. Still vere a good amount of ppl online back then. Maybe not as many as there is now, but Ive had this issue for a very long time, I just didnt have energy to care about it cause Im just a magi, lul.
