Illuminati Confirmed - Spinning Halo

This happened after i got killed in RvR no buff, no debuff(except wound). not sure if its fail or funny but weird thats for sure!
Im playing this game for a long long time and i never saw any animation like this whatsoever!

Any1 got an anwser?
