No loot roll on Keep Lord kills

Hi All,
Since the last patch Ive been involved in killing a number of keep lords while in a WB. Ive been present and busy healing and dps ing a bit for both doors and the Lord kill but Im not getting a roll/chest. Ive also been present for the subsequent zone lock down without leaving the zone or pvp area.

No little chest icon appears like it used to, no message saying I didn't get a bag this time, no roll message nothing. I do get the RP and XP hit for the kill and the lockdown I think.

Ive asked in /ad but no one seems to know-Have I changed my settings to no loot and if so how do I change them back?

Any help/advice greatly appreciated. By the way -Thanks to everyone whose work resurrected this game-Im really enjoying it again!

Addendum-I just did a PQ and got two rolls apparently-First one said I came 1st and then a few seconds later I got another that said I came 2nd. I received two loot bags but can only open one- Something has definitely changed since last patch-But Ive just seen the general topic on "I didn't get enough loot" so Ill gather some screen shots and post further there.

Relax I am in RvR all the time and all I get is stupid white bags with **** pie.
I dont know what a persone need to do to get a gold bag. If its normal then i will never get Vanquisher set :/

You should start zerging properly...
On my Chosen got Gold bag on Sunday raid and Wednesday raid aswell, so basically every 2 days of raid i'm getting gold...
