Scenario parties not showing (noob question)

Scenario parties not showing (noob question)

Freshly returning to this game and haven't even tried addons yet. Warband parties show just fine, but other parties in scenarios don't show up and I can't find the right option to change it. I can see the windows when I go into the layout editor but that's as far as I can get. Thanks in advance for helping me out with this!
Detangler and alts - 84 Chosen, other 40s - DoK, Zealot, SH, WE, BG, BO
Destro - Mostly Harmless
Tangler and alts - 8X IB, other 40s - RP, SM
Order - Most dishonorable

you need to enable them by clicking the little gray flag close to the minimap and then selecting the checkbox for each party.
