Ingame packet loss/disconnect?

Hey guys, I'm pretty new to this server and recently my game sometimes completely freezes (almost like I'm alone in the world) and the game doesn't crash or anything, I'm still able to move, just that everyone around me disappears.

It happens usually when I tab out and then into the game. And not being able to tab out and in is really hard for me, I'm sure many of you can agree. Anyone else have or had this problem? Anything might help, thank you <3

Try to play in window mode and not full screen mode. When in game press left alt + enter, this should switch the modes.

This is also happening to me.

It started about 2 weeks ago, after this patch:
