critical error when loading between zones

when i load between zones i get data file corrupted - please re-launch warhammer online but it is only on my one character and it only happens when loading between zones
any suggestions or help appriciated

Try cut and pasting the profile folder for that particular character out of the game folder and see if it persists.

i have the same problem now! i copied the character folder out and cutted in the game folder, but seems is not the solution.
Only with one of my character!
pls help
