critical error when loading between zones

when i load between zones i get data file corrupted - please re-launch warhammer online but it is only on my one character and it only happens when loading between zones :( any suggestions or help appriciated :)

Try cut and pasting the profile folder for that particular character out of the game folder and see if it persists.

i have the same problem now! i copied the character folder out and cutted in the game folder, but seems is not the solution.
Only with one of my character!

pls help
