No server showing after log in.

I was able to get logged in once and it showed the server then I was able to create a character (a dwarf). Then when I launched into the game with that character on the cinematic flyover the game just closed and when I try to relaunch I get in but no server is shown. The game just sits there and after about 30 seconds I get the authentication failed the application will now close message popup box. I've tried running without the antivirus software running but it doesn't help.

I'm still getting this issue, does anyone know how to fix it?
