Make friendly with others, find a guild that will help you improve (ideally one who do regular groups and/or organised warband play with comms) and expect to get a bollocking initially. Check out guides for your class (here on forums, or via youtube videos, or ask people ingame). Strive to be as good a player as you possibly can.

I don't know but I'm currently having an issue, I chose to download the full game and it's taking 8 years to download currently downloading AUDIO.7z.001
