Crash when I launch a character or scenarios

Hi everyone !
I'm coming back online after more than a year ! Happy to be back
When I'm connecting my character (he is in the Thunder Mountains, in a PvP zone, don't know if it's matter), I'm kicked out of the game after 6 seconds (exactly 6 seconds every time)... I tried several times but I honnestly don't know what to do... Has someone had the same problem ?
The second issue I encouter is that when I lauch a scenario with my other char, I'm kicked out of the scenario after one or two seconds, back to my ralliement point.
I tried to look the former posts or the bug forum but I didn't find anything..

I´ve got the same problem, i can play like 1-3 minutes with all new Characters before the game crashes. With my old Character ( I made them 2 years ago) everything is okay and i can play normal. I´m playing on Windows 10 maybe this has something to do with it.

Can you go to Scenarios with your old characters ? I should maybe try to create a new character but one of my old characters is nearly 40 so it's a little bit embarassing
