IF i stop a ROR installer what does it pick up where it leaves off

so im at a starbucks my only form of internet access, do i have to start over the download every time i come back into starbucks ???

Unfortunatelly yes, for now. I'd suggest using torrent if you can't get whole game at once.

Why does the client restart it's entire download/update from the beginning if it disconnects or crashes?

Long story short, im downloading the game again and its downloading so slow for a total of 171 380 "files" or whatever you calling it. AM i doing it wrong?

* ALl the files where still on my comp i just click the launcher like when im starting the game.

Run the RoRLauncher from game folder, not some other place.

Had that happen to me although the launcher was in the correct folder. Sometimes it doesn't recognize what's going on or whatever. When it tries to download 100k+ files, just stop the process, close the launcher and start it again. Helped me as it just allowed me to connect after that without further patching.
Btw, a new folder with a strange name was also created (in the warhammer folder), containing a slimmed down version of the myps etc.

Have you considered having the client app run like Blizzard Entertainments? OR even having the game through Steam? Steam does the same thing.
