What will happen if i go afk for a long time?

Hi everyone! In about a month or so i will have to join the army (mandatory from where i am from), and for about 5-12 months i wont be able to log-in into my account not even once.

Now, i was wondering what will happen to it. Is there a chance that it will be erased/reseted?
Apart from canceling all my Auction house items is there anything else that i should do?(Smthg else that disappears after a while?)

Just asking to make sure i will not forget anything!

long long long time ago there was a great wipe of inactive chars.
so far no wipes are planned, nor are they guranteed not to happen.

safest bet is to login from time to time to make sure nothing gets wiped.

no refund policiy & the staff is not able to retreive your lost chars / items / progress.

Won't you have at least some sort of Internet access? It's 2018... Anyways, I imagine if, for some reason, there'd be a wipe, you can at least log in on the forums and explain the situation to someone from the staff in a PM? Best check the forums on a fairly regular basis, just to be sure.

I can have internet but i would not be able to log into the game ! Al thought i could check the forum! thats a nice idea. I guess if there is a wipe they will announce it ! Thnx

If everything turns to custard and the game shuts down is there a file I can download with my character's data or is it all lost for good?
