Unable to Log In to game

I have typed out my username and password into a notepad, copy and pasted them into the forum login and works, no issue, when i try the same thing to try to log in to the game it keeps giving me invalid username/password

please help

are you sure you did not add a space by the end of your password by accident? that usually never noticed with copy/pasting but when you type your password

Make sure there arent any special charachters in the password (see below and link). Also, to eliminate a potential error in pasting/formating, try typing the password instead.

Wrong Password/Username

- This happens when you use numbers or special letters like russian letters or for example: á à â. Change your password (8 digit seems to be fine. It may take some days before working with login server) or create a new account.
