Quests still not functional

The earlier thread was closed, but the problem still persists. NPCs do not offer quests


EDIT: Anecdotal accounts all report back inability to accept or see quests.

EDIT x 2: Working just fine after realm restart!

EDIT x 3: I spoke too soon, the quest 'bubble' is now above their heads, but there appears to be several character models superimposed over each other, and do not offer quests.

EDIT x 4: after clicking on the quest giver NPC several times, i was able to accept a quest, however, the dialog baloon above the NPC's head did not change color to indicate that I had accepted the quest, nor did the corresponding NPC gain one to indicate quest completion.

Quests should now be able to be accepted. Replicated NPCs have happened, and is known, I do believe it's been raised.


As long as the quests are working right now, it's fine.

I have reported around a dozen or so broken Order NPC... often the turn in NPC is incorrect..

I was using the ingame method... is that ok?
