Not needed and already plenty other renown skills to invest points. TB was a too good pick and limited spec choices, as it took more than half of all available points.

Abysmal crit values has been already dealt with, so yeah, it is not necessary to implement.

Not sure about that. Lets see all the gear and then we could talk cos on some of the newer sets there are some procs alike as live op proc on gear for 80+
