Question about How Bags Contents Generated

Hello,

my RP was lvl 35 or 36 when he got a gold bag from a lock. As I had full annis back then and non-40's does not get conqueror's out of bags.
As I'm already RR53 at level 39, I need conq drop from bags. So, I did not pick bag from mail. But ill be away for 2 days and it had 2 days left on it.
The question is, I'll have to grab that gold bag from mail but i have more on mail. IF I get those other bags after being Level 40, is there a chance ill get conq or subj. weapon things out of them ? Or, the contents of the bags gets calculated the moment i win them ?
