client control

hi , was just wandering , how are the devs handling the "client control" issue , i mean , i was outta the game for 1year and came back like 2 weeks ago , i do remember that back in the days , the devs couldnt do some changes because of the client(i.e. make a castable spell become instant or vice versa) , so actually i wanna know if this issue was handled or are they ( you) still working on it ? :)

Client Control is still being developed and is yet to be released.

Does this mean all the extra abilities I see in my "training" list for a magus might actually happen or other classes get the same love in the future ?
