disconnected and no way to reconnect :s

Hi ! first sorry for my poor english. this morning i start the game and play normally, and i see all of pnj & mob disappear whit no way to deconnect or reconnect. i must kill the process in wondows and after, try to reconnect... i've got this message :

Could not connect to Login server
System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (0x80004005): Aucune connexion n'a pu être établie car l'ordinateur cible l'a expressément refusée 46.105.54.77:8000
à System.Net.Sockets.Socket.Connect(IPAddress[] addresses, Int32 port)

what's happen ?? thnx for your job on this game !

Just wait some minutes and you should be able to login again.
