Can't receive quest reward

Can't receive reward (Marsthum Bladestoppa) from "Battering the Barony" quest. Complete it 3 times 3 different characters (2 BO and choppa). After choose reward and click complete receive exp and money but no item add to my inventory. Really want this off hand for future appearance for my BO. Can u fix this quest and reset it for my main (Black Orc Bobai)?

Only rewards 1 and 2 are obtainable, anything listed 3 and higher will vanish. that goes for all quest rewards.
