Cant' retrieve my account for months :(

Hello guys,
i need help and i don't know who to contact for it.
I forgot my account as i didn't log for months, and i ve been trying now to log back,
i can log on the forum, as you can see, however when i try to log on the launche, it says
invalid password/name.
I tried to mail wargrimnir but never had an answer. My character is Keyne, a 47RR wich hunter and i really don't want to lose him

Did you try what you have been told last time?

Both forum and game user should be the same and if it does not work, maybe wargrimnir can check it.
