WAR.exe does not exist

This is my tenth attempt at playing one of my favorite games of all time. Unfortunately I am disappointed yet again. I used the forums to troubleshoot this for the past 3 days and I **** quit, I'm done with this ****. I'm just gonna forget about this Return of Reckoning project because apparently I'll never get a chance to play it. Peace.
