Chosen - Ability : Juggernaut against Engineers barbed wire

With my chosen, since the last patch and the possibility to be level 12, I've the ability "Juggernaut".
This skill removes immobilization, snare, stun... but in open RvR I've fighted against engineers that use their barbed wire so I couldn't move. At this moment the skill is usable but when I use it, it doesn't free me.

I hope that you've undestood my problem, I can make it in french if you prefer
