The problem with the account !!!

The problem is that I tried to change the e-mail which is tied to the account, but the mail RU segment is not supported and a letter of confirmation of the account does not come, ask the Administration server to help with this problem ( I am writing at the request of a friend, as she is not able to go to the forum ) asks to rebind the account to the mail that was originally with COM segment.(game for destruction) if necessary I can provide the mail which was registered account
