Characters were deleted

Hello, my friends and i played about a year ago and we decided to take a break from the game because the content we were looking for was not yet released, however, recently we got back into the game and when i logged into the game, both my level 35 characters were deleted and no where to be found, but my friends characters were still there, is this a bug with my account or is there an error. Thanks

Deleted or wiped(about year ago there was wipe for innactive players) they are lost and they cant be brought back sadly.

Yep pretty much, there are no csr´s on this game and as long as it is not a general problem the devs to not work on player related issues

You could search the forum, we've explained it a lot.

Wipe was done 2 years ago.
We can't restore characters.
No wipes in teh future.
