Squig Herder: Squig Armor stat buffs

Issue #1 currently and since one cannot mount in squig armor, the wounds buff has been problematic. The wounds it grants is superb but if you are already in combat when granted, you have to be healed up to even get use of them.

say if you have 4k wounds normally and squig armor gives you 5.2 k wounds, someone gets the jump on you hits you/group hits you for 1k, you switch to squig armor and now have 3k wounds left, even with the toughness bonus it won't take much to finish you off.

It is a problem because even with gaurd and supported group, melee squig herder is incredibly squishy, if you wan't to dole out damage

Solution#1: Since the stat buffs are scaled off points in stabbin tree, I suggest switching to squig armor heals you for the amount of wounds increased, maybe reducing the wounds buff to 80 or 100 max points in tree, and starting from 0 wounds with no points in stabbin, could also be tied with a tactic if need be.

Solution #2 keep wounds at 120 max points, 8 or so seconds after switching to squig armor regain x ammount of health over x seconds based on mastery points.

Issue#2 the problem with squig armor stat buffs, strength/toughness/wounds is that they override the majority of strength/toughness/wounds buffs available. I had run strength/armor pots for a while, and then toughness armor for a long while before even realizing they did not stack, I am noob xD So it leaves ballistic/resist/armor which I usually use balistic/armor. and most of the time I'm in SA after a couple arrers so its just for a little extra damage.

Solution #1 increase buffs to 160 from 120 making them more potent, slight change but I feel hardly anyone would notice a difference.

Solution#2 allow Squig armor buffs to stack with other strength/wounds/toughness buffs
I think this would make them more tanky like they should be, and allow a more front line play style.
I feel like small changes could really help out us struggling stabbin squigs, especially after recent nerfs and buffs to mirror classes.

Declining. Torque has something planned for melee SH. We just have to be patient, but in the meantime any melee SH proposal will be declined.
