Can't remake character?

I deleted a character to use the name, but it's saying my name is now taken. Do I need to have to wait for something to happen before I can use it again? I hope someone doesn't take it in the meantime...

You can pick different name and rename to your desired once you are level 40/40 if it's so urgent for you

If you really need the name right now just do the typical MMO naming convention and add some XXX's to it.
