[Witch Hunter/Witch Elf]Beastlord Utility Proc

Identify the Issue:
" On Being Hit: 10% chance to gain a finisher point " :
Beastlord 5 piece set bonus does not proc with dots but only with direct attacks % 10 chance.


Why it's an issue:
It is very underpowered and literally works only when you are zerged due to its direct attack nature.With the dot defence changes i think this aspect of the proc should be adapting to the new changes and work with dots as well,by doing so we can make the full set viable again for the fellow stealthers at current rate benefits near to none.


My solution:
1) Make that % 10 proc work with DoT attacks.
Or
2)Increase the direct attack proc rate to % 25.

In the right hands, it would to strong imho. Smells like nb abso spam build.

In the right hands everything gets better and also WE can spam stuff from distance as well and one more thing since now dots breaks detaunt and also can be distrupted each tick what i ask is quiet normal. Otherwise very mediocre set bonus unlike tanks getting -960 armor debuff or resist debuff.

Its a good idea for WHs... but I dont see myself or any other WE spaming anything else besides AW

currently:
HRT = low dmg
RA = low dmg
puncture = low dmg
SS = low dmg

WEs uses OYK + Witchbrew.. both on 10 secs cooldown which is more than enough to fill 5 points of bloodlust.

all WE finishers besides OYK + WB are really bad we dont have anything close to absolution which does avrg 1,5 - 2k dmg crits + 400 dmg guarante proc from bullets..

Could buff that direct proc rate to 50%, I would still not use it..

IMO lets imagine
WHs with flowing accusations.. + % 10 proc work with DoT attacks + absolution = you have a new RDPS class :)

I would suggest a completly rework of that set bonus...

...what WH are critting for 1.5k-2k on an abso? and against who? Ouch, maybe just never met em on my mara but I seen a 1.6k crit from Burn Away Lies, thats probably the highest number I seen and only got like 2400 armor on my mara.

Light armors ..
BAL is something else.. Ive been crit for 1,8k before from csi.. and thats just 1 thick.

Keep in mind this is not a balance discussion. This is basically OP asking for something, and we just have to wait for a dev (whoever designed Beastlord... Wargrim?) to say "sure" or
