I wanna play! I need help!!!!

Hello i wanna play game but i have big problem with launcher.
When i start launcher and i write login and password and click connect have error :

AN ERROR OCCURED...

Actually the game starts but I can not create the character. On the right side there is only a black box. And down only letters :

CINEMATIC CREDITS SETTING QUIT <<< I DONT SEE 'CHARACTER CREATE' PLEASE HELP ME PEOPLE

My system win 7 home premium 32bit.

Btw you might need to uncheck the read only on warhammer folder.
