removed from the server (banned???)

Hello! I was doing a pve+sc and I got kicked from the server/ It was said that the reason will be shown in e-mail, but there is nothing in it and I can't log in.
when I tried to log on the forum/ it was said that there are too many attempts. last time I logged in was several hours ago (3-4).
i'm playing WHO for many years(from ancient times of ru and eu official servers) and I really love the game... I didn't break any rules of the server! I didn't use any cheats! I didn't insult anyone! so what is the reason???!!!?!??!!
pls! help me out, or at least give me the clear explanation of what happened!

hotfix resets server and boots everyone. Ignore that email its automated.
