Ok so, I am currently using the Beastlord Pain Link, Oathstone of Karak Eight Peaks, Oathstone of Karaz-a-Karak, and Icon of the Brawler.

I was looking for suggestions for other pieces of jewelry and where to get them, as well as what I should keep and what I should get rid of. Thanks in advance.

Looks like you're off to a good start. The end goal for jewelry is Genesis but the only other one I would recommend for now is first reward from chaos influence.

You should look at skaven ring (you can take quest for it at lvl 24 - in IC near flightmaster you will find 2h chosen.) Grab the parry version. Ring have slot for the talisman.

Strife and Torment are good if you want to go less assasin more brawling style of play. You will find ona forum how to find them.

Wind Impervious set is always good for start (good defense boost). Use forum search for information how to find them.
