RVR Lag...Help!

Looed for sticky before posting.

So, I can last in multi-scale RvR for a few minutes than numbers fly through the roof and sometimes it'll catch up.
Other times, I CTD.

ISP issue?

Anyone have any thoughts or recommendations?

Please check link in my signature for keep crashes. Also gives great boost in rvr vs the lag.
