Blocked on "searching for allies"

Hello guys,

I try to post it here because no one answer since many hours on technical support. Do you have the same problem? I can launch the game but its blocked on "searching for allies" since yesterday. Thank you! :)

Yeah I tty to find ppl with the same problem but no ones. I try a new account but the problem still there...
