Web Server Red, cannot login

I'm trying to get into the game through my launcher, but the "Web server" box is red, and the "login server" is yellow. I've scoured the forums trying to find a solution, but nothing is working for me. The game is showing that the server is up, however, the web server box is remaining red. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you by chance check whether you allowed the game to pass through various firewalls (and the likes) of yours?

Yes, I've checked and double checked. Game was working perfectly until last night, then this issue popped up. Ran through all the troubleshooting sticky and tried everything, still having no luck

Uh, the only thing I can think of that isn't featured in the stickies directly is the issue with the time setting.

Mhm, now... I think I, too, have now checked every single thread for mentions of this nonsense but didn't find anything remotely helpful (but mentions of server downs and alike) either.

I think its fair to pull off a little magic trick, especially considering you have followed all the breadcrumbs around the the forums are and are ultimately facing a rather cryptic issue (given the lack of hints); done your part....

Web Server appears red / Login Server appears yellow:

- This happens if the World server is down. There's a server status thread here.

- How to fix this problem (when it's not caused by the World server being down!):

1. click on start
2. type into the search-box cmd (before clicking enter press ctrl+shift) then also enter while holding them (runs cmd as admin)
3. the cmd window open up
4. type in:

netsh winsock reset catalog (resets winsock entries to install values)
netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log (resets ipv4 to install values)
netsh int ipv6 reset reset.log (reset ipv6 to install values)

5. restart the computer
6. log-in and enter the battlefield!

It appears the trees have momentarily blinded me and hid the bloody forest... *cough*.
If you tried that and it didn't work, I'll give summoning our Lord and Savior Tiggo another shot.

did you try using a vpn server? looks like its not a client problem but a connection problem.

Could it be that he maybe logs from an IP range that is - for whatever reason - blocked by you folks? If that can even be a thing ~ I am still inclined to believe it is something related to his firewall-ish setup.

Double and triple checking every bit related to it might help - especially if you are running Win10, as far I am aware all the automation in that piece of garbage of an OS **** with settings all day long.

As in you might allow the game through your stuff but Win10/something directly toggles it back and trololols you.

Experiencing same issue. Played the game early today but when I login tonight I got the same issue. Hopping that you guys can help me resole this issue.
