Can the keg healing get any RP from RVR or SC?

I believe you can only heal party members now, so you'd get a share anyways.

Because i want to know, except for the healer careers

Should ENGI and SM healing ability get the RP while healing allies?

Before it was set to party only you could get RP with it galore in rvr from other players kills.
