Unauthorized Acess Exception Error

Hello,i've done all the steps but when i press connect at the launcher, a little box pops up and says this thing below.Any help's appreciated.Some parts are not english though,i can translate whenever necessary.It's telling that 'C:\Users\armen\Desktop\Warhammer Online - Age of Reckoning\WAR.exe' access to this path's been denied.
