Is the problem the fact that its in my c drive?

Also i used utorrent to install the torrent and as of the time of this error i had been and still am seeding. (Is this a problem?)

If you're seeding, the game files are in use and it doesn't launch. If you want to continue seeding, you need to stop the torrent, copy the folder to another location, and run it from there.
