Unable to do anything in launcher

I've gone through lots of forum posts, youtube videos and my game just wont work. All i get when i start the RoRLauncher is to log in then get to the start screen with nothing to click but the Cinematic, Credits, Settings and Quit buttons on the bottom. There is a black box to the right that shows nothing. Then after 10ish seconds it just pops up "Critical error" With the text "Authentication failed -- application will now terminate." And im lost here. Ive looked up and tried everything from re-download to Installing the Performance Counter Rebuilder. Im in some serious need of help if im gonna get this thing going i think. Anyway hopfully i explained my problem good enough to get some help.

Do you have any process running on your computer that is similar to "Asus utility tools"? Any kind of bloatware that manufacturers put on seem to cause this. Either stop them or uninstall them and try again.

No i could not find anything like it on the computer.

I've done that before but i did it again just to make sure. But right now i can't log in atm.
