Quests deleted, and some repeatable?

I was saving quite a few quests in my log to complete at a later date. But recently somehow all my quests got deleted and restarted. It almost seems like a rollback of my quests. I had completed the first two skaven quests lines and was working on the third at the part of killing the rat ogre. When I went to complete the quest I noticed that I no longer had the quest in my log. I know for a fact that I did not delete it myself, as I wouldn't delete any quests from my log, I would just hide them until I wanted to complete them. I am now unable to pick up the 3rd skaven quest that leads to the dungeon in high pass. I am hoping this can be fixed somehow, or someone might have an answer or suggestion on what I should do from this point.

This is on my choppa Torgaan.
I have speculations that this may be caused from debolstering, as I have been doing t3 with some friends lately.
Any help or guidance is appreciated.
