Official Word on pulling Keep Lord through wall? Kadrin Valley being exploited

Currently theres a problem in KV where destruction are repeatedly and purposely pulling the Keep Lord through the wall using squig pets. Its being exploited continuously for several weeks. The behaviour of the warbands is obvious as they blob up on one spot refusing to push further. An example was tonight where destro had more than enough players to wipe the defenders out easily but all 3 warbands stood on one point by the large ramp waiting for the bug to happen then exploit it.

What is the GMs official stance on this. Its fine if its accidental but this is clearly being purposely done now its obvious.
