Problem with quest items

Hello everyone! I'm novice here and I've got a problem in the game.
I can't use quest items in my backpack. Maybe I did something wrong, but if it so, I cannot imagine what to do.
1. "Marked": Search the corpse cards that litter the Charred Lands of Wulfsiege Forest. Find the item of power. Once you have the doll, use it in your inventory.
- The doll now in my backpack, but when I click on it, nothing happens.

2. "The Dark One". Need to:
- Kill 3 Felhorn Gor
- Find Bloody pike
- Kill Braewold and mount his head on a pike.
OK, I killed 3 gors, found a pike near the cave and took a Braewold's head inside it. Now his head in my backpack and I cannot use it to end a quest. I tried to stand near pike and click on a head but still nothing.

Maybe someone can help me here and tell what I do wrong, or this is game's bugs?

I did this quest without clicking the head. Right click the pike. Destroy the head after.
