Melee Squig

Since we seem to be in "Experimental" mode with class buffs/nerfs and what not, any chance that the melee squig can be looked into in order to make it a viable class to play? afterall, there is a tree dedicated for the melee squig.

I believe the melee squig can add some fun and much more needed diversity in groups with some minor adjustments and a few abilities added from the two other squig herder trees. I'm sure it's probably easier said than done and there are a bijillian more important things to work on the moment, but this is Alpha, so I figured I'd give it a shot.

and even if theres not much that can be done to make it a strong pickup for groups, if it ends up being just a strong, solo roaming melee monster, so be it....I think it would be great for the game and it would be just pretty cool in general to see melee squigs out in the battle field (like in one of the warhammer vids)

there was some very interesting discussions in the balance forums, but I believed it was closed because they staff doesn't have enough power to be focusing on all the classes at once.


They working on DoK/WP right now... maybe squig (and SW) will be next :P
